Bazza and his AC Legends team released the new AC GTC Legends mod a few days ago.
Reason enough for THR to host the first ACL GTC Championship.

Thanks again to the THR members who provided their input during the beta testing phase and assisted in developing the mod.
After winning at Zandvoort last season, Pitman was able to win the race in the dunes again.
Maddie get caught in an accident 6 minutes before the end and pitman took advantage from this.

I am glad that I was able to win Zandvoort, cause as a child I was so often on that lovely track in the dunes

Whenever we drive there, the memories come back. It is like a Home Grand Prix for me.
I finished the race in 4th position.

Hopefully i will have more luck and skill in the next race at Bremgarten
at the end I manage to reach the third position which considering all the difficulties I faced I can consider myself very satisfied!

GT 40 Americas Cup
When we planned our fifth THR GPL Championship, we scheduled 7 out of 9 tracks.
For the remaining two tracks we came up with something new, because these were to be chosen by our members.
The racers could choose track number 1 out of 6 tracks.
The second track was chosen by our THR Patreons from a total of 14 tracks.
Today I declared our track poll for our fifth GPL Championship closed.
Here are the number of votes per track:
I'm honestly surprised it turned out to be Monaco!
I hope the Monegasques aren't as surprised as I am and prepare their city for a great race.
Our THR Patreons, which could choose from 14 different tracks, have also finalized their choices for the second remaining open track in the GPL Championship.
It was close between Nordschleife and Fuji, but Fuji won the poll!
Congratulation to our Japanese friends which will host a fantastic Grand Prix!

THR Race Control has finalized the review of the last championship race in Hockenheim.
The given penalties had little impact on the former published unofficial results.
So it´s time to publish the final standings of our F1 Championship:
I'm sure you're wondering what's next and this is what we're going to do with you:
Actually it was our plan to be one of the first communities to start a championship with Bazza's new AC GTC Legends mod next weekend.
But the mod is still in development and we have to wait a little longer for the release.
In the meantime we will do the following.
On Sunday we will start with a 3 week Ford GT 40 Cup. We will see some a American road courses and race at Watkins Glen, Riverside and Sebring.
In alternate weeks we will run a 9 week GPL Championship.
We have added the following tracks to the GPL calendar:
Monza, Zandvoort, Bremgarten, Watkins Glen, Spa, Mexico, Deutschlandring.
The attentive reader will notice that I have only mentioned 7 tracks.
The 2 missing tracks will be selected by the community.
One track can be voted by all members and another one by our THR Patreons.
I will create polls for this.
Hopefully when the GT 40 Cup is finished we can start the AC GT Legends Championship.
If the mod is not available then, we will think of something else.
On 12/12 and 12/19 we will pause the two championships to run two THR 3 year anniversary races.
After that we will have a short winter break and then finish the two championships.

In the absence of Philip, it was easy for Jack to take first place in the Championship.
He lost the race against Maddie, but since Maddie missed the race on the Nordschleife, Jack secured the championship with a 6 point lead.
Maddie finished the championship in 2nd place and 3rd place goes to Philip….

As mentioned in the championship description:
To take in account that not every racer is able to race on every weekend, the worst result will be deleted.
So only 5 out of 6 weekends count for the championship.
